Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy allows you to return any purchases from C & C Clothez for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchasing the item(s). The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached, and in their original condition.
 
We offer store credit or exchange ONLY with no expiration date.
 
In Person Return/Exchanges:  You may return/exchange your item(s) in person at
C & C Clothez, 16 S. Center Street, Versailles, Ohio. 
 
By Mail Return/Exchange:  Item(s) returned must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
We do not offer return labels at this time.

We strongly recommend adding tracking to your return.  We will issue you your merchandise credit via the email we have on file for you once we receive and inspect your return.
 
Final sale items may NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason, no exceptions.  Other items that may not be returned or exchanged include clearance items and swimwear, jewelry, scarves, hats, socks, and home goods. 
 
Defective Items:  We do our best to inspect each item before they are sold, but occasionally a defective item may get past our inspection.  In the case of a defective item, we may offer a refund to original form of payment under these conditions:
 
Please contact us at jodie@ccclothez.com within 48 hours of receiving the defective item.  Please provide the order number and the name of the item that was received damaged.  Give a description of what's wrong with the item and attach a photo of the item showing its defect.  The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
